There are many different ways of meditating, and meditation is a daily practice for a great number of people. The practice can be enormously helpful as a way of calming the mind and finding your own inner peace.

Crystal bowl tones and vibrations reinforce the body’s natural energy and gently assist in returning the chakra energy centers and organs of the body to their natural harmonious resonances. Through the beautiful sounds of quartz singing bowls, chimes, and other percussion instruments, Sherryl will take you on a soul journey of deep spiritual levels. This meditation allows you to go deep within to connect with your chakras, your higher self, and the Divine.

Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet, predicted the resurrection of vibrational healing. Join us to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit!

In her own words ...

I am a spiritual seeker with a profound enthusiasm for metaphysical studies, and spiritual growth. I have been practicing Reiki Energy Healing since 1995 and am certified as a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, also a Magnified Healer, and Sound Vibration Healer. I have studied animal communication and Angel/Spirit guide communication. I’ve been helping people live healthier lives through spiritual awareness. I love the outdoors and nature, in particular animals, hiking, camping, walking, and bicycling.

I believe happiness comes from within and practice Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation on a daily basis. Since practicing these healing modalities, my life has been happier and more balanced. After adding Crystal Bowl Meditation to my services I’ve enjoyed seeing some of the same benefits in others that I experience myself. People coming to a meditation event leave feeling relaxed, calm, and peaceful. I incorporated this meditation into my work because of the benefits I received from it. My intention was, if I can feel this good, this peaceful and relaxed, I would offer this service of Vibration Healing to as many people and business’s as were interested in it!

  • 1997 Attended lectures and studied Angel & Spirit Guide communication with authors Barbara Mark and Trudy Griswold.
  • 1998 Reiki Master/Teacher Certification
  • 1999-2000 Volunteered at Have-A-Heart Veterinarian Hospital Haverhill, Ma. Practiced Reiki healing techniques during pre-surgery preparation and post-surgery recovery. Overwhelming success demonstrated in quick expedient recovery time.
  • 1999-2000 Volunteered at Elliott Hospital, Manchester, N.H. offering monthly Reiki workshops/clinics for cancer patients, staff, and fellow Reiki practitioners.
  • 2000-2001 Worked part time out of The Perfect Wellness Center, and conducted clinics at Raytheon’s Athletic Center in Rhode Island.
  • 2010 After research and study, added Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Meditation to my services, offering one-hour group sessions monthly out of a studio in Haverhill.  I also offer this to various businesses and home gatherings, upon request, such as Merrimack Valley Hospital, Steven Bennett House, North Star Yoga, Caring Hands, to name a few.  Quartz crystal singing bowls provide a form of vibration medicine and are powerful healing instruments, emitting radiant light corresponding to octaves of sound within the etheric body.
