What types of payment methods do you accept?
Circles of Wisdom accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. Payments may also be made through PayPal. There is also a 'Call Me' option on the order screen if you would prefer to talk with us directly about payment when we receive your order.

Do you accept telephone orders?
We are happy to accept telephone calls at 978-474-8010 to take orders or assist you if you are looking for something in particular that you don't find on our web site. Our downtown Andover store has many unique items.

Do you accept international orders?
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation; does that mean my order did not go through?
Not necessarily. Log in to your account and go to the my orders page and see if your order has been logged. If you do not see it there, more than likely it did not go through. You can either try placing it again or call us at 978-474-8010 for further assistance.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
You can use our multiple ship-to capability to send gifts to different addresses. Whether you're sending the same item to several recipients or different items to each, Circles of Wisdom has an enhanced ship-to feature that can take care of all your ship to addresses in a single checkout.
