Reiki, Universal Life Energy, is a gentle non-invasive hands on healing technique that accelerates the body’s natural ability to heal through alignment of mind, body and spirit.

The workshop will include meditation, knowledge and clearing of our energy centers called chakras, grounding energy techniques, self healing, and hands on healing.

In this Reiki Workshop you will re-awaken your natural gift of healing and explore how Reiki can support you in your life and present work.

 

About Joan Ruggiero:


Joan Ruggiero is a Certified Usui Reiki & Karuna Reiki® Master, and Certified Magnified Healing® Teacher of Levels I, II & III. For over 10 years she has been teaching Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Magnified Healing, and Meditation classes at Circles of Wisdom in Andover, MA.

In her Reiki Workshops, this dedicated teacher shares her deep understanding of the Usui Method of Natural Healing in a supportive environment. She has also studied with Geshe Chongtul Rinpoche the ancient wisdom of Bon Tibetan Reiki. In her Magnified Healing workshops she brings forth the powerful energies of the ancient healer Kwan Yin. Joan has studied Pranic Healing with Master Choa Kok Sui for the past five years and is now offering 1&1/2 hour Crystal Pranic Healing sessions.

Joan’s background includes a commitment to both teaching and learning. She has been a long time student of Eastern Philosophy and Meditation. As a teacher with 25 years experience in public schools, Joan introduced meditation programs to high school students. The effectiveness of these programs, as well as those now being offered, lies in her unique ability to bridge East and West. Her work reflects the belief that we all have the ability to awaken to our own healing power.
