Sweetgrass Braid

Sweetgrass welcomes in positive energy and is said to please the spirits. It is considered sacred by many Native Americans. It is often burned after sage has been used to clear an area of negative energies. You can light the end of the braid to burn some, or cut small pieces off and burn them on a piece of charcoal. The braids have a sweet smell even when they are not lit.
