You are invited to get comfortable, so please bring a blanket or mat if you prefer to lie on the floor for part of the event.

Within each of us are 7 major energy centers, or Chakras. These sources of life force energy are responsible for the health of your physical body along with regulating your emotions. When the right crystal is placed on or near a Chakra, it powerfully influences your body’s ability to heal. When our Chakras are balanced and open, we feel peaceful, clear minded and strong and are open to extraordinary spiritual experiences.

In this 2.5 hour introductory workshop we will learn how to heal and balance the Chakras using crystals. You will learn:

Which crystals align with each Chakra
How to use them and where to place them to promote well-being.
How to keep the crystal’s energy charged, clean and clear
Which crystals work best for different symptoms like low back pain, headaches, and anxiety

This event is being held IN PERSON at Circles of Wisdom, Methuen, MA. All participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver Release Form if we don't already have one on file from a previous event. Please note you DO NOT need to print this form as we will have a copy for you to sign when you arrive.

Melanie Holden

Melanie is known internationally for her expertise in healing, spiritual transformation, mindfulness and meditation. Over the past 35 years, she has helped thousands recover from serious injury and pain, renew their lives, and experience a peacefulness and joy that they never dreamed possible.

Melanie is a physical therapist, medical intuitive, energy healer, Reiki Master teacher, Feng Shui healer and psychic medium. Early on in her career as a PT, Melanie discovered her aptitude for perceiving and working with the human energy field. She works with energetic systems to directly influence the body’s ability to heal itself. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and uses crystals along with other tools to help her students and clients access deeper levels of healing.
