As we roll into Iate Summer and Fall, the days and sunlight are getting shorter. As the seasons begin to turn, so does the weather and our bodies. Now is the time to practice preventive maintenance. That’s what this Fall class will focus on. Moving energy and storing energy. For those of you who have been practicing, I hope you will continue so that you can keep your body and mind strong and healthy. If you are new to this, it’s a simple practice to follow. Give it a try!
3 Body Qigong is a combination of stretching, breathwork, and meditation, based in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, mixed with Korean Tao and healing practices. These movements help to increase your vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring you to a more peaceful place in your heart and mind. All classes will include warm-ups, stretching, energy practice, and meditation. All ages welcome.
Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).
