If you're looking for a fun and creative activity to bring some magic into your life, look no further than the Enchanted Lantern Workshop led by Peggy Nangle from Fairy Mountain. In this hands-on class, you'll have the opportunity to create your own beautiful lantern to take home, featuring a fairy, mermaid, or dragon theme.
This workshop is perfect for those who want to tap into their creativity and channel their inner magical energy in a lively and inspired group setting. Using provided materials such as adhesive, glitter, twine, ribbon, and various decorations like moss, sea glass, and flowers, you'll decorate the outside of a mason jar, while a pre-made fairy, mermaid, or dragon figurine will be affixed inside. The tops will be adorned with twinkling lights to bring a magical glow to your lantern.
All necessary tools and materials will be provided, including low-temp hot glue guns, tacky glue, and mod podge for adhesives. The fee for the workshop includes all materials, so you don't need to bring anything except your enthusiasm for creativity and magic.
This workshop is suitable for adults and children aged 10 and up, who are accompanied and supervised by an adult participating in the class. With this workshop, you'll have a chance to explore your creative side and make something truly enchanting to bring a little magic into your life. So sign up today and start creating your own Enchanted Lantern!
Peggy is a creative and spiritual person with a rich Irish Celtic heritage. She has been honing her crafting skills in various mediums for many years. Her interests are diverse, ranging from creating artisan soaps and body products, to exploring the healing properties of essential oils, aromatherapy, minerals, herbs, and energy work. She is also drawn to the magical realms of fairies, mermaids, and angels, as well as the serenity of the ocean and the joy of beachcombing. When she's not crafting, she loves to curl up with a good book and enjoy a cup of tea.
Peggy's passion for creating her own products grew from her many interests and she began sharing her creations with family and friends. Now, through her product line Fairy Mountain, she offers her creations to a wider audience.
Peggy pursued her interest in aromatherapy by studying at The Eclectic Institute of Aromatherapy & Herbal Studies through the Boston School of Herbal Studies. She has also achieved the level of Holy Fire Reiki Master, further enhancing her understanding of energy healing.
