Exploring the Japanese Reiki Techniques
Reiki is a beloved healing art and spiritual practice that has changed the lives of millions of people around the world. Reiki traces its origins to Japan, where the system originally comprised a variety of meditations, exercises, and healing techniques that have been reclaimed among practitioners worldwide. Participants will join Nicholas for a journey into the heart of the system of Reiki.

In this exciting new class we will:

• Explore the spiritual foundation of Usui Reiki Ryoho
• Practice the self-development exercises taught by the founder of Reiki
• Learn Reiki techniques that expand your Light and promote connection to the True Self
• Receive open reiju, a form of attunement or empowerment that connects us to Reiki and to the Universe

This workshop is open to all students, with or without prior experience in Reiki.
