The pandemic drags on, anger and frustration with racism has hit the tipping point, violence, misinformation, wildfires, super storms and of course, a country greatly divided. How does one navigate through these times when it feels like there is nowhere to stand? We have been pushed out of our comfort zone by a changing world. Can you be comfortable being uncomfortable? Can you let go of your habits and egocentric thinking and move forward? This workshop will deal with these questions and provide some ways to tap into your inner world to become less resistant and more open to the world changing around you.
