March Focus: Self-Care: Mindful Self Compassion
Join us for a relaxing and an uplifting evening of meditation and learning to increase your mindfulness and self-compassion. Learn strategies to develop greater acceptance of yourself and build resilience. Alisa will present information from “The Mindful Self-Compassion” program by Kristin Neff, Ph.D. This method has been proven to help people thrive during challenging times. Alisa will also share effective, practical strategies to help you recognize when you are not mindful, and how to stay centered, grounded, and connected to Source energy.
Everyone is welcomed in this supportive group. You will receive meditation playlists and workshop materials electronically, so that you can continue your own practice after the workshop.
