Being an Empath is an amazing skill, but without proper understanding and training, it can be incredibly challenging and draining. Empaths have a tendency to say "yes" to others at the expense of themselves. We tend to be "overly sensitive" to the thoughts, moods, and energy of those around us.
This training covers the two basic dimensions of being an Empath, and offers deep insight into the how’s and why’s that we fall into the pitfalls we do. You will leave with a much greater understanding of what it means to be an Empath, how to manage your energy, and relate to others - and all of life - with much greater peace and empowerment.
We will cover two aspects of being an Empath:
1. Conscious Empathy
It is common for Empaths to say yes to assisting others quickly, frequently, and without hesitation. But being the go-to person for others in crisis commonly leads us not to take time to care for ourselves. We end up feeling drained, resentful, taken advantage of, and uncared for.
2. Unconscious Empathy
Empaths are classically considered to be "too sensitive." We innately can sense the energy of others and can mistake it for our own. Being overly affected by the emotions of others, the energy of the weather, and so much that is beyond our control is not a fun way to live!
