Samhain (say “Sow-in”), the Witches’ or Celtic New Year, is an ancient fire festival—magical for us today because it helps us reconnect with the rhythms of the earth, the turning of the seasons, and the presence of our ancestors and loved ones. It’s the threshold where one year closes and another begins, a portal into fresh cycles of growth, healing, and spiritual renewal.
In this one-of-a-kind celebration we will:
- Create a gorgeous seasonal altar (bring a flower, fruit, vegetable, or crystal to add).
- Sip Hand Blended Divination Herbal Tea to gently open the third eye.
- Begin with a guided meditation with music and chant to journey beyond the veil.
- Join in group message work; bring a photo or memento of a loved one or ancestor for the group altar that you’d like to honor and connect with.
- Explore Stones & Bones divination Bring a collection of small sticks and ordinary stones (not crystals) to do readings with. You’ll be amazed at what they reveal!
- Nibble Soul Cakes—delicous cupcakes with hidden charms for the new year ahead!

Deborah D'Onofrio
Deborah is a trusted, accomplished and respected eclectic natural witch, intuitive, mystic, empath, certified Shamanic energy healer, bodyworker, Reiki Master Teacher, meditation teacher and inspirational speaker. She’s led online and live women’s empowerment, tarot and intuitive development courses, full moon circles and shamanic journey, creativity and meditation groups. In addition, she co-hosted, Wild Magic Harmony, a podcast on the Divine Feminine. Her art and writing is featured in books: Beyond Scrapbooks and Crafter’s Devotional and Art Journaling, Somerset Studio and Strawberry Moon magazines. Her work has been displayed in private home collections, auctions, and in Boston’s MFA, Art in Bloom.
In 2021, in the heart of the COVID epidemic, she underwent a Dark Night of the Soul-an unexpected journey with a brain tumor diagnosis and surgery, after nearly being blinded. Her life was forever changed. Letting vulnerability lead, she said goodbye to her former and familiar life, surrendered to a new life of uncertainties and full of questions and yet fuller of dreams come true, and magic than ever before......because that's what can happen when we die to the old and become who we're really here to be.
Now today, with a portion of the tumor inoperable, she trusts in a process bigger and more mysterious than she can comprehend. She’s gathered all she’s learned, lived through and with, and devotes her life to guide you with compassion, kindness and warmth on your own healing, dreaming, creative wild + magic journey, to find the sacred soul places where you will discover and live your unique truth, find friendship with other like-spirits, feel reconnection and belonging. To celebrate and love this messy, imperfect journey of Life with you.
