Malidoma Somé, initiated elder of the Dagara, will take us on a journey through the meaning of 2012 from the perspective of his own indigenous tradition.  In the Dagara cosmology, 2012 is considered a fire year—fire being the element associated with Ancestors and the Other World.  Together, we will explore the meaning of dreams and visions--the voice of our ancestors and spirit guides!

According to the Mayan calendar, this is the year of cataclysmic change.  Many say, we are already in the midst of a huge paradigm shift where conventional wisdom will no longer support us.  We’ve seen this through tsunamis, earthquakes and oil spills, as well as the  ‘Occupy’ movement happening around the world.

By connecting with our Ancestors during this critical time, we will be in a better position to navigate through the great shifts we find ourselves in.  Malidoma lives in both this world and the Other and is therefore able to tell us from a place of clarity and clairvoyance what we can do to bring about healing and transformation for ourselves, for our family, for our community.  Join us for this important talk and learn how to take full support of Other Worldy beings standing ready to help us during this time of great change.
