From the moment you desired a child, your fertility journey had begun! Fertile Mind, Fertile Body will help you explore the wholistic path towards parenthood, honoring the mind, body, and spirit.

Pre-pregnancy health is the foundation for your child to draw from during the early weeks of life in the womb. We’ll explore:

Rhythms and cycles – fertility awareness
Stress and fertility – relaxation techniques
Complementary medicine – self-help and practitioner based modalities
Empowered healing – creative expression, movement
Preconception communication - communicate with your future child

Creating new life can be a beautiful act of love, the greatest gift of love you can give your baby, yourself, and your partner. Like all endeavors this will take some evaluation, preparation, love, and laughter for a joyful journey. Design a customized wellness plan to support you on the trip of a lifetime.

About Amy Kreydin, NBCRT, BD:

Amy Kreydin, NBCRT, BD has been supporting women and their partners in fertility wellness since 2003. She is nationally board certified as a Reflexologist through the American Reflexology Certification Board and is a professionally trained Birth Doula through DONA International.

Amy has a private practice in Stoneham. She specializes in working with women’s health, pediatrics, pain management, and general wellness.

Amy’s research and articles have appeared in Natural Bloom, Reflexology World Magazine, Body Sense Magazine, Suite101.com, eHow.com, About.com Health Video, and Boston Wellness Examiner.

Amy was a guest speaker at the Boston Association for Childbirth Education’s symposium on Complementary & Alternative Medicine in the Childbearing Year in March 2009.
