When do you process orders?
Typically, orders are processed within 24 hours of the time they were placed and shipped within 48 hours with a few exceptions. These include whether the item is in stock or whether the item is a drop shipped by the manufacturer. We will make every effort to process your order as soon as we receive it.

What are my shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the total of merchandise purchases in an order.  You should receive your order within approximately 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after processing.

  • Merchandise purchases up to $50 - $5
    There is a $5 shipping fee for all orders shipped to an individual address containing merchandise totalling $50 or less, not including taxes (if applicable).  
  • Merchandise purchases over $50 up to $100 - $7.50
    The shipping fee for all orders shipped to an individual address containing merchandise totalling between $50.01 and $100, not including taxes (if applicable), is $7.50.
  • Merchandise purchases over $100 - FREE!
    Shipping is FREE for any order shipped to an individual address containing merchandise totalling over $100, not including taxes (if applicable)!

If you need something right away, we will make every effort to ship it to you 2nd day at an additional charge. Please call us at (978) 474-8010.

PLEASE NOTE: We will make every effort to get your package out in a timely manner, however we cannot be held responsible for delays experienced by our carriers. Delivery for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes and Remote locations may take an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery. 2nd day delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use only USPS.

How are delivery dates estimated?
If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • Full payment must be received prior to processing.
  • We cannot guarantee 2nd day orders placed after 1:00 PM ET for next day delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.

Do you ship to international addresses?
At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders. 

 

What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll email you with a backorder notification, which tells when you can expect to receive the item. If we are permanently out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email and refund you. Please email us with any questions about out-of-stock items.

What is my guarantee on purchases?
We want you to love what you ordered. However, if something isn't right, let us know. We stand behind our products and pride ourselves on our service to you. If you are not fully satisfied with your item, please let us know. We will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise and we will exchange, or issue a gift certificate or refund.

How do I make a return or exchange?
If you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly assist you in returning your merchandise. Please note that return and exchange requests should be made within 30 days of ship date.
 
To return or exchange an item:

  • You may call us at (978) 474-8010 during store hours.
  • Upon approval of the request, you should repackage your item in its original box, along with the packing slip.  We will call you when we receive the package to confirm receipt and that we can process the refund.  Failure to include the packing slip will delay the processing of your request.
  • Mail the package to:

For your security and peace of mind we recommend you return your merchandise with an insured carrier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS and that you retain your receipt. Circles of Wisdom is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during transit.

What if I lost my invoice or packing slip?
If you do not have your original invoice or packing slip, we will honor a return or exchange to the original buyer or recipient. Please follow the instructions outlined above.

Is there anything I should keep in mind when requesting a return?
There are only a few:

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
  • If the original payment was a gift certificate, you will receive a gift certificate via email.
