Sound Bath with Hand Chimes Workshop

In-Person
10:00 am-12:00 pm EST
- Private sessions will be offered after this workshop.
The Sound bath using Hand Chimes is a pleasant spiritual and sensual experience. These unique tools, through their unique planetary sound vibrations, can facilitate a profound connection in the receiver to the spiritual world, promoting emotional well-being, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. In a meditative experience, the attendees are “bathed” in sound waves. The main intention of a sound bath is to create a state of harmony in the observer by using sound to clear the participants' chakras, meridians, and energy fields. Acting as protective talismans, deterring negative energy and inviting positive energy to flow through the body. Before and after the Chime Bath, guided exercises will be provided to help create mindfulness, intentions for the session, and integration of the experience.
What to expect: Among the benefits of a planetary handchime sound bath are relaxation, feelings of well-being, reduction of anxiety, and potentially stimulation of physical healing in the body, similar to the tuning forks and acupuncture. The vibrations from chimes are thought to affect cellular structures, promoting cellular rejuvenation and detoxification. During the sound bath, participants lie on their backs in a Savasana yoga position. The clear tones of chimes serve as an anchor, creating a meditative state, helping practitioners connect with their inner selves with a deeper sense of presence, releasing what no longer serves them, and connecting to the spiritual realm.
What to bring: A yoga mat; and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
