All CLASSES LIVE ON ZOOM AND RECORDED. If you can't attend the classes or wish to practice more, all classes are recorded and available for ONE week.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) each organ and season has a relationship with one another. For example, Fall’s relationship is with the lungs and large intestine. These particular organs are more susceptible to imbalance during the fall season, which can lead to illness in some individuals. This can happen for several reasons, such as disharmony of the internal organs, stagnant Qi resulting from excessive stress, or simply Qi exhaustion due to burnout.
Our Fall 7-week seasonal practice will focus on learning new movements to help balance and harmonize our lungs and large intestines to keep you healthy and peaceful. We will also continue to fine-tune the other movements we include each week to offer a complete preventive maintenance practice for the Fall, to keep our bodies and minds healthy and in balance.
What is 3 Body Qigong?
3 Body Qigong is a mind/body practice based in Traditional Chinese Medicine, combining Korean Tao, modern Qigong practices, energy healing practices, and sound/music meditation. It combines body tapping, stretching, breath work, and meditation to improve energy flow throughout your body. These movements help increase vitality, flexibility, and power on a physical level and bring one to a more peaceful and relaxed state of mind. I hope you will join us and take the leap. More info on my website, 3bodyha.com
All ages are welcome. Please bring a mat as some movements will be on the floor. (Modifications will be offered if you can’t go on the mat).
This is what some have said about these classes:
“Your Qigong class has helped me stretch my muscles and self-adjust my joints. Being a Fibromyalgia sufferer, this helps keep me pain-free. I become stronger the longer I am in your class! “
“Since starting Qigong with David during the pandemic, my health has improved. I am more flexible, I can breathe deeper, my core has been strengthened and I love the meditations. I would highly recommend this class as David has a wonderful teaching style.”
“What a worthwhile hour spent rejuvenating and clearing energy. I didn’t know what Qigong was when I signed up for it but I felt welcomed and comfortable and after I felt both relaxed and a sense of well-being.”
David Sholemson
David is an energy healer, qigong teacher and workshop facilitator. His path began in December 2005, after a second knee surgery. He unknowingly wandered into an energy yoga center seeking a massage to help with the pain. Knowing nothing about energy, yoga or healing, he signed up. After practicing for 2 weeks, and receiving energy healing, David “just knew” this was something he wanted to do for the rest of his life.
After many trainings and workshops, under the tutelage of master healer- teacher Chun Shim, he became a Qigong teacher and workshop trainer. After 9 years of practice, he moved on to learn other forms of energy work. He became a Reiki master-teacher, Tong Ren practitioner, studied with qigong master Robert Peng and shaman, Sandra Ingerman. David has spent years studying the teachings of Ram Dass and has integrated what he has learned into his own life and his teachings, all with the intention to help guide others toward a healthier and happier life.

Prior to our 7-week series, I am offering a free instructional class that will focus on learning and practicing the new movements for the Winter session, as well as some of our regular movements. We will learn more about the winter seasonal practice according to Traditional Chinese Medicine; the element of Water and the organs associated with Winter, the kidneys and bladder.

As we settle into winter, don’t you just feel like curling up on the couch and hibernating? This is the season to begin slowing down and storing energy. Our 3 Body Qigong winter session will focus on movements to help you store more energy in the kidneys, the organ associated with the winter season.

I hope you will join us for this special night as we come together for our annual end-of-year meditation. We will meditate and reflect on the goals we had for 2025 as we move forward and set our intentions for what we really want for 2026. All proceeds will be donated to the Greater Food Bank.
