This offering is designed to gently calm the nervous system and create space for rest, reflection, and renewal. It is an immersive experience that weaves together herbal tea, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath to support participants in slowing down and reconnecting with themselves.

Tea & Tranquility: Sound and Stillness is a thoughtfully curated 90-minute experience that includes:

  • A welcome and introduction to the evening’s theme
  • Herbal tea and light herbal education focused on calming and grounding plant allies
  • A guided meditation to help participants settle into stillness
  • An immersive sound bath designed to encourage deep relaxation
